Getting started
Build your vault by adding cards (or scanning them with your camera), then buy, sell, or trade with other collectors on TradeSquare. Grail Swap is free to use; an optional subscription is required to keep listing, selling, and trading after your first completed transaction.
Buying, selling & trading
Card payments are held in escrow and released when both parties confirm the exchange. Cash, Zelle, and Venmo are settled directly between users and are not escrow‑protected. Trades can be direct (1‑to‑1) or multi‑person chain trades.
Subscriptions & billing
On iPhone, subscriptions are purchased through Apple and managed in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). On Android, they're managed in Google Play. On the web, manage your plan from Settings. Physical card purchases are processed separately and are not part of the subscription.
Safety & reporting
Grail Swap has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report or block any listing, message, comment, or user from within the app. We review reports and act within 24 hours. If you have an urgent safety concern, email us at support@grailswap.app.
Account & data
You can permanently delete your account and personal data anytime in Settings → Delete Account (Edit Profile → Delete account on mobile). See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Community Guidelines.
