Welcome to Grail Swap. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Community Guidelines below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

No objectionable content or abusive behavior

Grail Swap has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. When you post listings, community posts, comments, messages, photos, or profile information, you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, counterfeit, or that infringes others' rights. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Reporting & moderation

You can report any user or piece of content from within the app (the “Report” action on profiles, listings, posts, and messages), and you can block any user so you no longer see their content or receive their messages. We review reports and will remove objectionable content and act on reported users within 24 hours, including ejecting users who violate these terms. We also use automated filtering to block clearly objectionable text at submission.

Marketplace & payments

Card sales and trades are between users. Card payments made by card are held in escrow and released when both parties confirm the exchange. Cash, Zelle, and Venmo settlements are arranged directly between users and are not protected by escrow. List accurately and honor your transactions.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from Settings → Delete account.
